The Model 59 Floor Stand Wire Prefeed & Dereeler is designed to dereel material before being fed into a benchtop wire processing machine. With its powerful belt feed material transport the Model 59 eliminates the strain of pulling material from heavy spools, thus improving the accuracy of your wire processing equipment. This unit comes standard with an accumulator weight kit to aid in the processing of large diameter or solid core wires. New features include built-in overload protection and interlock switch safety guarding. Also included with the Model 59 is a prefeed stop interface, designed to work in conjunction with Carpenter's Model 930 and Model 970 Automatic Measure, Cut & Strip Machines. Each Model 59 has a durable powder coat finish and a 1-year limited warranty.
