The Model 36B Compu-Cut® is specifically designed to provide clean, square, and accurate cuts on a broad range of wire, cable, tubing and sleeving. The machine utilizes a powerful feed belt material transport that won’t damage or crush the material being processed. This works in conjunction with a powerful pneumatic blade mechanism which incorporates an interchangeable modular cutting head. The new modular cutting head design enables the use of two different configurations.
The utility blade cutter assembly is used for cutting wire, cable and tubing. For round material and tubing applications the utility blade cutter assembly offers great affordability and provides clean, square cuts. The new sleeving cutter head assembly is used to cut sleeving and flat material. When processing heat shrink tubing or flat materials, the sleeving cutter head assembly ensures fast, accurate pieces. Changeover is remarkably easy, taking less than 3 minutes to switch between both assemblies!
Ease of operation is further enhanced with Carpenter's user-friendly, menu-driven software. Our exclusive Compu-Cut® software is simple to program and offers a host flexible processing features. The Model 36B is built to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Every Model 36B comes standard with a durable powder coat finish and a 1-year limited factory warranty.
